From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by how easy and seamless the process was. What really stood out to me was that Dr. Nora personally called and introduced herself before meeting me this was a first for me. It’s not every day you get to meet your dentist upfront like that! She took the time to sit down with me, learn about my concerns, and make sure I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Elena, the dental assistant, was also fantastic. She was very professional as she took my x-rays, ensuring I was informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Afterward, she thoroughly sanitized all the equipment. When Dr. Nora completed my examination, she walked me through each x-ray, explained what she saw, and pointed out areas of concern, all while making sure I understood everything. She also encouraged me to ask any questions, which I appreciate it! Finally, Anita, the financial receptionist, took the time to walk me through all the treatment costs. She explained the differences between my HMO and PPO insurance, something no one had ever taken the time to clarify for me before. Overall, my experience at River Lakes Dental was exceptional. I felt valued, well-informed, and confident in the care I received. Highly recommend!
